Spray Foam (Closed cell and Open cell)

Spray Foam insulation is the most effective way to insulate any type of building. Spray foam insulation adheres tightly to surfaces like wood framing, plywood, pipes, and electrical a virtually airtight seal that prevents air infiltration, while it is aerated. Whether using an open-cell foam or a two pound closed-cell foam, spray foam creates an unsurpassed air barrier insulation system. This air barrier not only delivers thermal resistance against conduction (R-value ) that surpasses batt and cellulose, it also dramatically reduces energy loss through convection.

  • Better comfort and air quality
  • Reduced energy consumption and environmental impact
  • Lower heating and cooling costs
  • Better durability
  • Fewer condensation and moisture problems

Two-Pound Closed-Cell Spray Foam

Areas such as basement foundation walls, marine applications, refrigeration and other cold, moisture-prone spaces are ideal candidates for high R-value (R-7 per inch), closed-cell spray foam. Closed-cell spray foam is type II vapor retarder, keeping vapor out while keeping conditioned air in. It’s a tight, solid design also improves indoor air quality and serves as a pest and allergen deterrent.

Half-Pound Open-Cell Spray Foam

Open cell foam is full of cells that aren’t completely encapsulated. In other words, the cells are deliberatly left open. This makes the foam a softer, more flexible material.Open cell foams have an R-value of around 4.0 per inch. Excellent option for your home project or residential project.
